1. Who is responsible for processing your data?

The data controller is the publisher of euskalherria.app: Stéphane Gamot (Eztebe), Calle San Pedro 46, 20280 Hondarribia (Gipuzkoa), Spain, who can be contacted at contact@euskalherria.app. See also the legal notice.

2. What data is collected?

Newsletter form: your email address, used solely to send you the weekly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.

Contact form: your name, your email address and your message, so that we can reply to your enquiry. This data is not kept beyond the time needed to deal with your enquiry.

Analytics: the site does not currently use any audience measurement tool. If one is added, this page and the cookie management page will be updated before it goes live.

3. How long is data kept?

• Newsletter email address: until you unsubscribe
• Contact form: deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with (3 months maximum)
• Server logs: 30 days

4. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

To exercise these rights, write to contact@euskalherria.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
